Transforming the past into modern day functionality, or restoring the intercity craftsmanship of days gone by, NBCI pays respect to the heritage of yesteryear be it in working in Carnegie Hall (built 1891) or restoring the harbor masters building at Pier a (built 1884) or transforming the Fordham University’s halls of academia by blending the walls of past (build 1891) with a business center for the future.
Mission Critical
Educating and training a specialized crew of workers, NBCI has been awarded a reputation of excelling while working in mission critical spaces. Understanding the operations of the facility and troubleshooting for the unexpected is something we do prior to entering the space as a company standard. Demising work areas, avoiding migration of dust or developing logistics plans are all part of working in M.C. areas such as trading floors, power rooms, and data centers.
